Those expecting immediate results need to forget about that. There have been cases where clients received almost instant results, but those were exceptions to the rule. Most often, you have to wait for results. Many mistakenly believe that social media is not complicated. That remains true until users start working independently. Almost all small organizations without their own marketing department go through this. Don't think your community will grow quickly. Instant results don't happen.
